Getting Care

Thank you for choosing Keystone First. These resources will help you find your way to care. If you can’t find what you need, you can refer to the member handbook. You can also call 1-800-521-6860 (TTY 1-800-684-5505) to talk to a Member Services representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

To get started:

  • Make sure you have your ID card.
  • Choose your primary care practitioner (PCP).
